Biography
Nasser Saad Alfaqih is a licensed attorney accredited by the Ministry of Justice, with over 15 years of experience in legal practice. Since beginning his career in 2008, he has worked with leading companies and prominent local law firms, in addition to serving as a legal consultant to several government entities. In 2017, he founded his own law firm, where he continues to provide clients with strategic legal counsel across a broad range of practice areas. He has successfully represented clients before all types and level of courts, as well as before judicial and quasi-judicial committees. Nasser Alfaqih is known for delivering practical and results-driven solutions. He has provided extensive legal advice to both corporate and individual clients, and has drafted and reviewed a wide variety of contracts and agreements in both Arabic and English
